Ronald
N. Andruff, President & CEO
Building on a professional ice hockey career,
Mr. Andruff's 25+ years of international marketing
experience has provided him with the unique
skill sets to develop forward-thinking marketing
strategies for Fortune 100 companies that
he has consulted. Prior to co-founding Tralliance
Corporation, he was president, CEO and co-founder
of fare 1, Inc., the first business-to-trade
portal that empowered travel agents to harness
the Internet to provide their clients with
the lowest available fares.
Cherian Mathai, Chief Operating Officer
Prior to joining Tralliance Corporation, Mr.
Mathai was Senior Advisor at ebusinessware,
Inc., a New York City-based Internet software
consulting firm with domain expertise in financial
services. His responsibilities included liquefying
their private equity investments as well as
identifying new business opportunities. A
co-founder and CFO of fare 1, Inc., Mr. Mathai
is also a co-founder of Tralliance Corporation.
He brings over 20 years of corporate finance
and operations experience to the Company.
Mr. Mathai received his master's degree from
Columbia University in New York City.
Byron Henderson , Advisor- Policy
Mr. Henderson has most recently served as
Vice-President, The DotCooperation, LLC, the
Sponsor of the .coop sponsored top level domain.
Mr. Henderson joined DotCooperation, LLC,
to implement the operational structure of
the .coop top level domain, to develop registry
policy and to lead it to successful launch.
He also coordinated the technical and non-technical
development of the TLD. Prior to working with
.coop, he worked in the academic and business
fields with an emphasis in the last decade
on technology and community. He holds a law
degree and has taught and practiced law in
Canada.
Colin E. Burke , Operations Associate
Mr. Burke brings a wealth of software engineering,
systems analysis, networking and operating
systems skills to Tralliance. After earning
his Bachelor of Science Software Engineering
degree with Honors from the Institute of Technology
Carlow, Ireland, he went on to establish Burke
Computer Services in Kildare, Ireland. Emigrating
to the United States in 2004, Mr. Burke took
a position overseeing the data management
services for the Catholic Archdiocese of New
York, before joining Tralliance Corporation.
Nicole D. Importico, Manager Administration
Graduating from La Salle University, Philadelphia,
with a Bachelor of Arts ( English/Communication
dual major) Ms. Importico fulfills the key
roles of Tralliance administration and support
services for Authentication Providers. A New
York native that worked abroad prior to joining
the Company, she adds her experience to the
.travel Registry’s global perspective.
Kenneth H. Fockler, Consultant- Internet
A former Member of the Board of Directors
of ICANN (1999 to 2001), and former Board
Member of the Canadian Network for the Advancement
of Research, Industry and Education (1992
to 1997), Mr. Fockler was also a member of
the 1999 Panel of Experts for the World Intellectual
Property Organization (WIPO) for the study
on domain names.
